Neat, recently decorated units provided with tea, wardrobes, for instance. A lot of good food for meals.

The stay was lovely. Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous close to beach and Resturant, the bus stop and a nice pub. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were an iron, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The welcoming staff gave good recommendations.

Would definitely recommend for a short staycation
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a clean and tidy environment with free Wi-Fi and a tv, made our stay enjoyable.
No room for improvement.

The hotel was accommodating and allowed the cancellation free of charge, a huge relief. The ribs served at their dining area are highly recommended for their rich flavor. The overall communication could be improved, as there was some confusion initially regarding the cancellation policy.

Good accessibility features, Charming decor, Engaging communal spaces
Noise disturbances from the street and fellow guests really need attention!!! The bathrooms have outdated fixtures that desperately need upgrades!!! Finding consistent water pressure shouldn't be a guessing game!!! Room sizes appeared smaller than advertised, quite disappointing!!!

I stayed at Capital One for a few nights and loved the location. It's very close to the beach and easily accessible to shops. The room had a nice view but the decor felt a bit dated. The bed seemed comfy at first, but it squeaked a lot, which disrupted my sleep. The staff were friendly, cute me with smiles and helpful service. Wifi was free and worked well, a big plus. A downside was the low water pressure in the shower. Getting a decent rinse was tough. There was also some noise from outside parties, a bit challenging to relax at night. I appreciate the cheerful atmosphere and the vibrant decor, but they definitely need to work on the shower and perhaps update some of the rooms.
